※①は、リポート文。”if or whether”節以外にもthat節、wh節を使うことができる。動詞句の後ろに節を並べる意識で使う。
※②は、”how to 〜”は「どのように〜すべきか」「〜の仕方」。「wh語＋to不定詞」は、”what to 〜”（何を〜すべきか）、”where to 〜”（どこに〜すべきか）、”when to 〜”（いつ〜すべきか）など、便利に使える形。
